Job Description

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based in Franklin, NJ, and will play a critical part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders
Pick and pack orders for shipping
Conduct quality control checks on orders before shipping
Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory
Collaborate with other teams to resolve order issues
Meet productivity and accuracy standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment or a related field
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Basic math skills and ability to use a computer and scanner
Good communication and teamwork skills
