Job Description

Schwazze is seeking a Marketing Manager to translate brand and promotional strategy into clear, executable retail marketing programs that launch on time, perform in market, and meet operational standards across retail dispensaries. This role is execution-led and operations-focused, working in close partnership with Senior Marketing leadership, Promotional Planning, Retail Operations, Merchandising, Digital, Creative, and Compliance to ensure marketing programs are accurate, compliant, and delivered with discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the execution lifecycle of marketing and promotional programs across LivWell and EDW, from planning through launch and post-campaign review
  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery across all channels
  • Coordinate inputs from Creative, Digital, Merchandising, Retail, and Compliance to ensure programs are execution-ready
  • Ensure stores receive clear instructions, assets, and materials in the correct formats and timelines
  • Identify execution risks early and work cross-functionally to resolve issues before launch
  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing point of contact for Retail Operations and store teams
  • Partner with Promotional Planning to support execution of promotional calendars and campaign priorities
  • Align with Merchandising on planograms, pricing, signage, and in-store placement
  • Ensure marketing programs are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Track campaign execution and performance metrics in partnership with Analytics and Senior Marketing leadership
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews focused on execution quality, performance outcomes, and learnings
  • Use data and insights to recommend improvements to future planning, timelines, and execution processes
  • Maintain documentation and playbooks to improve consistency and repeatability across campaigns
  • Brief and route creative assets to internal teams and external partners based on defined requirements
  • Review assets for accuracy, brand alignment, and execution readiness prior to deployment
  • Manage distribution of marketing materials across digital and physical channels
  • Maintain version control and ensure teams are working from approved, up-to-date assets

Requirements

  • Strong marketing execution and program management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Experience with campaign planning, calendars, and timelines
  • Knowledge of retail operations and store management
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Data analysis and performance tracking skills
  • Asset coordination and quality control experience
  • Strong communication and project management skills
