Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation
• Assume the role of Manager on Duty as needed, responsible for operational tasks
• Provide customers with expert cannabis recommendations and discuss therapy goals
• Participate in the patient intake process and maintain accurate records
• Resolve customer conflicts or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in accordance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Age 21 or over
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
• 2 years' experience in Retail or similar industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office Suite proficient level
