Job Description

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventory management of medicated and non-medicated items, ensuring compliance with all regulations. This role is with NETA, a renowned retail brand under the Parallel umbrella, and is based in Franklin, MA. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work fast and be flexible, and think creatively.

Key Responsibilities

Follow Policies & Procedures for daily operations and comply with state marijuana regulations
Use and maintain inventory tracking systems and point-of-sale record-keeping system/METRC
Assist in order verifications and maintain organization and cleanliness of the vault
Work in Seed to Sale system and perform daily reconciliation process for all point-of-sale items
Assist and complete annual inventory as required by regulations

Requirements

Ability to follow policies and procedures and comply with state marijuana regulations
Ability to use and maintain inventory tracking systems and point-of-sale record-keeping system/METRC
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly unassisted and perform various physical activities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think creatively
