Job Description

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at a cannabis cultivation facility in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HVAC systems, be able to work independently, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
Install new HVAC systems and equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with other facilities team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

2+ years of experience working with HVAC systems
EPA certification or equivalent
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
