Facility Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee facility management plan
• Develop annual facility budget
• Maintain sanitation and operation of equipment
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedule
• Assist in developing and updating SOPs
• Establish and maintain key relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Troubleshoot mechanical/equipment issues
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility
• Direct and oversee construction projects
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in construction development and building engineering
• 5+ years of experience leading a large team
• Expertise in MEP systems and building design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong understanding of project and cost accounting principles
