Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement human resources strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
• Manage the recruitment and hiring process to ensure the company is attracting and retaining top talent

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in human resources management
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
