Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance tasks in strict accordance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Complete painting, drywall patching, caulking, minor carpentry, fixture replacement, and general upkeep
• Address visible wear and tear by repairing minor structural issues
• Conduct basic plumbing and electrical maintenance within scope
• Conduct routine facility walkthroughs and inspections to proactively identify maintenance needs, safety risks, or compliance gaps
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Support facility projects such as carpentry, painting, drywall repair, fixture installation, and minor renovations
• Complete small-scale improvement projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute maintenance work
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, inspections, and identified issues

Requirements

• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
