Key Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Manage inventory, including receiving and processing shipments
• Implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals
• Provide training and support to dispensary staff
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a retail or management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cannabis products and laws preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
