Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary staff and provide guidance on customer service and sales
• Monitor and manage inventory, including receiving and stocking products
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including security protocols
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail or management role, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred
