Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and train dispensary staff to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory and implement inventory management strategies
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in business or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a retail or management role, cannabis industry experience a plus
• Knowledge of cannabis products, laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
