Key Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary staff and provide guidance on sales, customer service, and product knowledge
• Manage inventory, track sales, and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, as well as company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail or management role, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
