Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations, including inventory management and customer service
• Supervise and train dispensary staff to ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Manage inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and conducting regular audits
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations, with ability to stay up-to-date on industry developments
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in business or related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
