Key Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Maintain accurate inventory and manage cash handling procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred
• Previous experience in a retail or management role, cannabis industry experience a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of cannabis products and laws
