Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispensary operations, including staff supervision and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Train and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Analyze sales data and adjust inventory and pricing accordingly

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in a retail or dispensary setting
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
