Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations, including staff management and customer service
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving products
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
• Lead a team of dispensary staff, providing training and coaching as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the cannabis industry, preferably in a management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
