Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dispensary floor staff
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Assist with inventory management and tracking
• Achieve sales goals and promote products to customers
• Work closely with the management team to achieve dispensary goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of cannabis products and laws (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
