Job Description

The Dispensary Floor Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This role will work closely with the management team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and provide support to the dispensary staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, with a strong knowledge of cannabis products and laws.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dispensary floor
