Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support dispensary staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary floor, including visual merchandising
• Assist with inventory management and control
• Monitor and report sales and customer trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide training and guidance to new employees

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Cannabis industry experience preferred
