Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the dispensary floor
• Supervise a team of sales associates
• Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory levels

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of retail management experience
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and strains
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
