Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to join our team in New Bedford, MA. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting patients and customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered in the dispensary
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
