Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer questions and provide information about products and services
• Process transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy with sales and inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment, including the sales floor and inventory areas
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
