Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients and customers with purchases and answer questions about products
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for patients and customers
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
