Job Description

The Dispensary Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for patients and customers in a dispensary setting. This role will assist patients with purchases, answer questions about products, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and customers in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered in the dispensary
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Knowledge of cannabis products and laws preferred
