Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Dispensary Associate to join our team in Crofton, MD. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a clean and organized dispensary environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers
Manage patient interactions, including checking in patients and handling transactions
Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and make recommendations to patients
Work collaboratively with the dispensary team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Knowledge of cannabis products and laws preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
