Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Dispensary Manager in overseeing daily operations of the dispensary
• Manage and supervise dispensary staff, including training and development
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient experience
• Manage inventory and ordering of products
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a dispensary or retail management role
• Strong knowledge of cannabis laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage and supervise staff
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred
