Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial and operational goals for each retail location
• Provide leadership and guidance to Regional Managers and Store Directors
• Monitor store performance, address operational challenges, and optimize processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and product selection to meet sales objectives
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistent store operations across the region
• Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Directors and their teams to create a culture of excellence and customer service
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and store-specific KPIs to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan product allocation, merchandising, and promotional strategies
