Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen for their needs
• Make recommendations and select products
• Educate customers on product features and benefits
• Process cash transactions in point of sales system
• Stay current with sales prices, discounts, specials, and PAD demonstrations
• Monitor security issues and aid in loss prevention
• Arrange and display product and merchandise according to protocol
• Rotate product to ensure newest product is behind older product
• Check inventory levels periodically
• Ensure merchandise area is neat, organized, and clean

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of cannabis products and their uses
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required
