Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their individual needs
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
Process transactions accurately at the point of sale
Support daily retail operations, including front desk reception and online order fulfillment
Maintain a clean, organized sales floor

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
