Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store and serve as a key partner to the Store Director
• Ensure a positive guest experience, managing store operations, and supporting compliance efforts
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members and offer real-time feedback and coaching
• Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor and provide expert product knowledge
• Proactively identify and resolve guest complaints and create a welcoming store environment
• Support day-to-day operation of the store, including managing opening/closing shifts and task delegation
• Exercise financial oversight, including register counts, secure cash handling, and timely reporting
• Lead inventory management process and maintain a comprehensive understanding of technology systems and software
• Support ensuring the dispensary's strict adherence to all relevant laws and regulations governing the cannabis industry
