Assistant Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general office operations, including meeting minutes, business correspondence, and MS Office products
• Manage supervisory administrative tasks, including funds, media, receiving, inventory, and payroll
• Lead and motivate store team to meet financial and operational goals
• Support inventory management, receiving, guest service, cash handling, bookkeeping, planning, and staff scheduling
• Ensure timely and accurate orders and a positive shopping experience for guests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced retail sales and/or customer service environment
• 1+ years supervisory experience in a cannabis retailer, working knowledge of cannabis industry compliance and operational best practices, and 6+ months experience in cannabis retail or a similarly regulated industry
