Wholesale Regional Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales across wholesale accounts in the region to hit monthly and yearly targets
• Strategize for growth with the VP of Wholesale and VP of Wholesale Planning
• Build new accounts and secure key relationships
• Lead a high-impact team of account executives
• Drive promotions and campaigns to attract and retain loyal customers
• Represent Curaleaf at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BS, BA) or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of professional sales experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a B2B wholesale sales channel
• At least 2 years of experience managing, training, and developing a sales team
• Ability to travel 100% of the time within the assigned region
• Strong sales track record, management skills, and excellent communication skills
