Wholesale Delivery Driver & Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all vendors
• Follow state regulations and guidance while in company vehicle
• Build rapport with vendors to ensure they continue to order from Good Chemistry
• Accurately pack orders and create METRC manifests for scheduled deliveries
• Compile certificates of analysis (COA’s) for orders
• Check and confirm accuracy for orders across METRC manifest, invoice, and physical counts
• Upload products on wholesale menu
• Create invoices and maintain vendor paperwork
• Represent Good Chemistry as an ambassador to the brand at pop-ups and other industry events
• Maintain current and training modules and update as needed
• Follow detailed operating procedures to ensure compliance and order accuracy
• Educate patients and customers on Good Chemistry’s message, strains, products, delivery methods, potency, proper storage of medicine, serving size, and tolerance
• Complete daily checklists, opening and closing duties and maintain clean appearance of delivery vehicles
• Possess accurate knowledge of product price points
• Guide customers to appropriate resources including website and internet menus
• Maintain a clean driving record

Requirements

• No specific education requirements
• Experience with customer service or inventory management is required
• Previous delivery and or logistics experience a plus
• Experience with METRC a plus
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to pass CORI background check
• No more than 2 moving violations and one at-fault accident within the last 3 years
• No major traffic citations or incidents in the past 5 years
