Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to patients
• Assist patients with product selection, dosing, and administration
• Educate customers on the benefits and effects of cannabis products
• Receive and process inventory shipments
• Log sales data into the POS and tracking systems
• Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
• At least one year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs
• Able to handle cash or card transactions with patients using an electronic processing system
