Wellness Associate - Part Time

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to patients
• Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations
• Educate patients on the benefits of various products
• Receive new inventory shipments
• Log sales data into POS and tracking systems
• Work well within a diverse team environment

Requirements

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
• At least one year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Physical requirements: stand constantly, walk frequently, reach and twist/turn with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
