Job Description

The Apothecarium is seeking a part-time Wellness Associate to provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to patients in their Thorndale, PA dispensary. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be knowledgeable about cannabis products, and be able to work well in a team environment. The role requires night and weekend availability, as well as the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to patients
Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations
Educate customers on the benefits of various cannabis products
Receive and process inventory shipments
Log sales data into the point-of-sale system
Work well within a diverse team environment

Requirements

Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
At least one year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
Cannabis experience a plus
Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand constantly, walk frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds
Must pass a background check
