Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage retail operations, including store management, visual merchandising, and inventory management
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform retail strategy and optimize store performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and supply chain, to drive business results
• Develop and manage retail budgets, including payroll, inventory, and capital expenditures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire retail teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or related field
