Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plant maintenance includes planting, pruning, potting, watering, trellising, preparing, defoliating, pruning, and topping plants
• Cleaning and sanitizing each room (Mother, Clone, Veg), and disposing of waste according to compliance guidelines
• Propagation (Cutting, Pruning, and sticking)
• Monitoring for pests and disease (IPM)
• Plant Quality check
• Transplanting includes placing coco block, planting, and applying METRC Tags on Vegetative plants

Requirements

• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
• Willingness to adapt to change and continue to learn best practices of cannabis cultivation
• Ability to follow directions well and be detail-oriented
• Passionate about producing quality plants and clones
• Must be at least 21 years of age
