Trim Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operating trim machines, and following all safety protocols and company procedures
• Proper organization and physical labeling of trays and bins by batch to identify all product accurately and to ensure compliance with all state and company guidelines
• Weigh and record bins and drums using electronic scales and ensure accurate data entry using computer spreadsheets, in a timely manner
• Performing quality control on all product
• Preparing and moving product from post trim dept. to proper curing area
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure all product meets the PharmaCann standards of quality
• Communicate with different team members and leadership to ensure proper flow of information and production
• Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work
• Trimming, bucking, cleaning and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 0+ years of experience
• Must be 21 years old
• Attention to detail; shows initiative to learn; is punctual and dependable; is cooperative; has a team-oriented work ethic
• Production greenhouse experience a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
