Territory Manager - Bay Area

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales and distribution across the full brand portfolio within the designated territory
• Meet and exceed assigned quotas to drive overall performance
• Deliver 100% coverage of the assigned retail territory every reporting cycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
• Communicate client information to retailers and internal departments
• Uphold company safety and compliance policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the cannabis, CPG, food and beverage, or wine and spirits industries
• 1-2 years of experience working with data platforms
• Organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and professional
• Team player with a positive attitude
• CRM/HubSpot experience is a plus
• Google Suite experience recommended
• Confident communication skills
• Cannabis product knowledge is a plus
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must meet KSS's Motor Vehicle requirements
