Job Description

The Part-Time Technician is responsible for harvesting, trimming, and handling of medical marijuana, including packaging and labeling, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Harvesting plants
Trimming dried plants
Performing weighing and reporting of plant material
Packaging and labeling of product
Quality assurance measures
Maintaining a sterile environment and work area
Sanitizing tools and equipment
Cross-training between post-harvest and cultivation
Following safety, legal, quality, and process control policies

Requirements

Ability to work at an efficient pace
Attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and rules and regulations
Basic math skills for weighing and measuring
Ability to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and follow personal hygiene standards
