Talent & People Coordinator - Temporary Position

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote Connected to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data
• Correspond and coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process
• Partner with TA Partner to coordinate onboarding for all new hires and internal transfers/promotions
• Maintain the People Operations general inbox, answering basic questions and forwarding correspondence to appropriate team members
• Adhere to laws, rules, regulations, and personal data privacy regulations
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• 1+ years in a recruiting/talent/HR coordinator role or in a role of similarly relevant work experience
• Strong proficiency with Google Suite and an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Remarkable attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident verbal and written communicator, adept at providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
