Talent Acquisition Specialist (Seasonal)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, focusing on filling a variety of positions ranging from entry level to high-demand roles
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using online job boards, social media, industry networks, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, compensation intelligence, candidate trends, and recommendations throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with candidates and key stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency with recruitment technology and tools, along with moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition is preferred, with an emphasis on high-volume recruitment and the ability to scale efforts in fast-paced environments
