Key Responsibilities

• Direct store team to exceed established goals
• Perform inventory audits and manage cash
• Lead teams efficiently and ensure excellence in performance and guest service
• Maintain safety and security of guests and team members
• Partner with cross-functional teams
• Ensure team focuses on superior guest service
• Review and communicate SOP changes to employees
• Oversee daily sales floor activities
• Support marketing and promotions
• Foster a positive work environment

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in retail, guest service or hospitality
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales-focused team
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
• Strong written, verbal and group communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Physical ability to walk or maneuver for 8-10 hours a day and lift 30lbs
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
