Key Responsibilities

• Perform inventory audits and manage cash
• Lead teams and ensure excellence in performance and guest service
• Maintain safety and security of guests and team members
• Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate store needs
• Ensure team focuses on superior guest service and upholds company reputation
• Review and implement standard operating procedures
• Oversee daily sales floor activities and support marketing and promotions

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in retail, guest service or hospitality
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales-focused team
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
• Strong written, verbal and group communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and lift 30lbs
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
