Job Description

Supervise retail store operations to deliver extraordinary service and a distinctive cannabis experience for guests

Key Responsibilities

Perform inventory audits and manage cash
Lead teams to achieve operational goals and ensure compliance
Maintain safety and security of guests and team members
Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate store needs
Ensure superior guest service and a positive company reputation
Review and implement SOPs and visual excellence standards

Requirements

2-3 years of retail or hospitality experience
Ability to lead and motivate a sales-focused team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work varied hours and lift 30lbs
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
