Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and patient/customer relations
• Serve as a resource for all dispensary staff needs
• Resolve any conflict immediately
• Delegate tasks to team members to maintain a compliant and clean facility
• Coordinate with the General Manager to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff
• Provide superior customer service for vendors, patient/customers and caregivers
• Respond to all patient/customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions
• Assist with providing a welcoming environment for customers as business needs dictate
• Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities
• Ensure accuracy in daily, weekly, and monthly recaps and reporting from sales data and patient counts
• Provide regular inventory, sales and profitability reports to the General Manager as requested
• Oversee orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Associate’s degree in business, management, or related field
• 1 year of management experience
• 2 years of customer service/fast paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with attention to detail
• Ability and experience in managing high-volume, scaling industries
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Developed leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor employees
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
