Store Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement store policies and procedures
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Plan and maintain store visual merchandising and cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers about hemp wellness products
• Develop strategies to increase foot traffic and drive sales performance
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store wellness advisors
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely product deliveries
• Track and report key performance indicators, including sales and customer retention

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience and experience leading teams
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and visual merchandising
• Experience supervising, training, and motivating retail staff
• Passion for hemp-derived THC and wellness product space
• Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and sense of ownership
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, and POS Systems
