Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Supervise and train a team of sales associates and budtenders
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage inventory discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Implement visual merchandising and marketing strategies to drive sales

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail management experience
• Strong knowledge of medical cannabis products and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
