Store Manager (Medical Cannabis)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations of the retail dispensary
• Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
• Hire, coach, develop, and lead a team of budtenders, inventory associates, and assistant managers
• Partner with Retail VP and/or Market GM to develop and implement sales strategies
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations governing the sale of cannabis products
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Administer routine audits to maintain accurate inventory of cannabis products
• Manage daily financial reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain schedules for dispensary staff

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail store management experience
• Successful track record in achieving sales, customer service, and employee retention goals
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
